Baltic Business Investments

Our mission is to offer small investors opportunities to invest in bigger projects that they wouldn’t have otherwise.

Each investment is always an equity investment which is why the investors are also owners. In this model the investors will benefit from the business profits and profits of sale.

The industry standard is to offer loans. We don’t want to do that.

Investing in a loan has a limit on the profit that is the interest rate. At the same time there is the risk of losing all of the capital invested because there is no guarantee of payment.

We convert purchased buildings to mini storages and operate the business for the investors.

We chose mini storages for our business model as they are historically good investments even during high inflation or recession.

Previous projects

Jüri, Estonia

Jüri is located around 20 minute drive away from Tallinn city center, Estonia.

We purchased a lot and two buildings – a 787m2 office building and a 380m2 warehouse building and converted them into mini storages.

The project cost was 784 000 euros which includes the lot, buildings and renovation work and cost and installation of storage units.

Over 140 investors invested in the project. The smallest investment was 1000 euros and the biggest was over 100 000 euros.

Kangasala, Finland

Kangasala is a mid-size town located around 20 minute drive away from Tampere city center, Finland.

We purchased a lot and a building – a 825 m2 production building and converted it into mini storage building.

The project cost was 845 000 euros which includes the lot, the building and renovation work and cost and installation of storage units.

Over 140 investors invested in the project. The smallest investment was 1000 euros and the biggest was over 50 000 euros.

Who Are We And What Is Baltic Business Investments?

The seed for Baltic Business Invesments was put to ground when Peeter, Joona and Timo met in 2014.

Peeter was already back then an experienced real estate investor and coach. He made his first investments back in 2009.

Joona and Timo had been entrepreneurs from 2008 with multiple companies.

All three of them had background in investing with solid principles.

Our principles

1. Put your money where your mouth is. If you can recommend it, you invest in it.
2. Checklist driven approach: real value, easy to manage & easy to maintain.
3. Integrity: No hidden fees. Total openess. No empty promisess.

What they noticed was that most good investments were out of reach for most people and only available for bigger companies and institutions.

Thats when the idea for investor group came in mind. Let’s find lot’s of investors with similar problem and pool our money.

Back in 2018 they started to plan a company what would become Baltic Business Investments. The next year they spent looking for people needed for the project and started visiting possible investment projects in Finland and Estonia.

In 2020 Baltic Business Investments was officially founded and first investments projects were found.

Today we have a team of 9 and are in the phase of launching the first project and finding investors for it.
